專題演講：台灣環境危機解密

Taiwan’s Environmental Crisis

台灣過去幾十年的工業發展，因無汙染總量管制，以致造成現今水、土、空氣嚴重的污染。

此演講將藉由個案的說明，如有害廢棄物傾倒山谷、橋墩地基、焚化爐底渣回填農田、

科技廠重金屬廢水排入自來水廠…，剖析公害問題的結構，引導公民付出保護環境的實際行動。

Without control of overall pollution for the past few decades, Taiwan’s industrialization has caused sever water, land, and air pollution. The speech today uses examples, such as dumping toxic waste to mountainous areas and bridge foundations; landfilling agricultural soils with bottom ash in municipal solid waste incinerator; discharging semiconductor wastewater into water plants, etc. The purpose is to analyze the causes of damage and motivate citizens to take action on environmental issues.
